GDPR

This page summarizes user rights and the principles DRIVE applies to personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing where the GDPR permits.

Withdrawing consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

DRIVE data

Account data, Garage data, Driver relationships, Event participation, Marketplace listings and technical data are processed only for the purposes described in the privacy policy.

Optional location

If you enable nearby Event recommendations, DRIVE processes an approximate location based on your consent. This data is not public, is not used to track your movements and can be deleted immediately by disabling the feature in your Profile. Withdrawing consent does not prevent normal use of DRIVE.

Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. The exact details of the DRIVE data controller must also appear in the legal notice before the definitive commercial launch.
