DRIVE · LEGAL INFORMATION

Terms & conditions

These terms govern the use of DRIVE, the Agenda, Garage, Driver network, Events, Marketplace and associated services.

1. Purpose

DRIVE is an automotive platform that centralizes Event information, enables members to manage their Garage, interact with their Drivers, create or share certain Events and use Marketplace and Club services offered within the application.

2. Account

Users agree to provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use DRIVE fairly and lawfully. DRIVE may restrict or suspend an account in cases of abuse, fraud, security breaches or serious violation of these terms.

3. Events and sources

DRIVE aggregates information from organizers and public or partner sources. Despite checks, schedules, locations, prices and access conditions may change. The official source displayed on the Event page remains the reference before travelling or registering.

4. User-created Events

When a member or organizer creates an Event, they remain responsible for its legality, authorizations, insurance, safety rules and information provided. DRIVE supplies technical infrastructure for publication, introductions or ticketing depending on the service used.

5. Marketplace

Marketplace facilitates contact between sellers and interested parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, DRIVE is neither the seller nor owner of the listed vehicle and does not guarantee its condition, history or completion of the transaction. Each party must carry out its own checks.

6. Payments and ticketing

When payment is offered, the price, any fees and applicable conditions are shown before confirmation. Ticket purchases and, once activated, the Shop may involve a secure external payment provider.

7. Member content

Users retain their rights to photos and content they publish. They grant DRIVE the technical rights required to host, display, resize and share that content according to their chosen settings. Users must not publish unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

8. Availability and liability

DRIVE uses reasonable efforts to ensure service availability and quality without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, DRIVE is not liable for changes decided by third-party organizers, transactions concluded directly between members or damage resulting from third-party information that has become outdated.

9. Applicable law

The service is operated from Belgium. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain applicable. Full details of the operating entity and competent jurisdiction will be specified together with the final legal information.
